About this position

Greet visitors on the spring boardwalk, record manatee sightings on the DEP survey form, and deliver 10-minute interpretive talks on spring ecology.

Volunteers in this role report to the location volunteer coordinator, complete a site-specific safety briefing, and log service hours in the Volunteer Management System after each shift. Hours are reviewed and approved by the coordinator or an assigned volunteer supervisor.
