About this position

Collect surface water samples at eight fixed stations, log salinity, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity, and deliver samples to the district lab.

Volunteers in this role report to the location volunteer coordinator, complete a site-specific safety briefing, and log service hours in the Volunteer Management System after each shift. Hours are reviewed and approved by the coordinator or an assigned volunteer supervisor.

  • Level 1 Orientation
