Approval rules
Configured by system administrators.
- Entries over 12 hours in one day require park manager co-approval.
- Duplicate date, location, and category combinations are auto-flagged.
- The monthly cutoff for volunteer self-entry is the 5th of the following month.
- Group event hours are credited from the check-in roster, not entered per person.
- Every approval writes actor, timestamp, and prior value to the audit log.
