  • Standard application review

    Submit → Coordinator review → Screening → Approve

Business rules

Applied statewide unless overridden by a district administrator.

  • Self-entry cutoff: the 5th of the following month.
  • Dormancy: accounts inactive 12 months move to Inactive automatically.
  • Screening: Level 2 required for youth-facing and cash-handling roles.
  • Retention: volunteer records retained per State of Florida GS1-SL schedule.
