Business rules
Applied statewide unless overridden by a district administrator.
- Self-entry cutoff: the 5th of the following month.
- Dormancy: accounts inactive 12 months move to Inactive automatically.
- Screening: Level 2 required for youth-facing and cash-handling roles.
- Retention: volunteer records retained per State of Florida GS1-SL schedule.
